You represent (if you are not the patient) that you are authorized by the patient to receive calls, text messages or email messages on their behalf and that you are involved in assisting in the patient’s care. By participating in our messaging service, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions and to our Mobile Text Terms and Privacy Policy.
